Sukruti utilizes an evidence-informed approach to deliver patient-centered care. She has enhanced her clinical skills with certifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, which she uses to address pain and restore mobility. She has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, helping patients recover from strains, sprains, overuse injuries, and movement dysfunctions so they can safely return to their daily activities and athletic pursuits.

I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from India and have gained valuable exposure working as a Physiotherapy Assistant in both long-term care and private clinic settings. These experiences have helped me understand the diverse rehabilitation needs of individuals across different stages of life. I am passionate about helping people move better and feel better through an evidence-based and patient-centered approach. My clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as women’s health. I have a special interest in prenatal and postpartum care, including the treatment of diastasis recti and other core-related conditions. To support my clinical development, I’ve completed additional training such as Pelvic Floor Level 1, the APTEI TMJ course, and Trauma-Informed Care.
